William Michetti is an Associate in the Litigation Department at AGMB. He represents corporate and individual clients in the state courts of New York and the federal courts. Mr. Michetti has experience in commercial litigation, professional liability defense, and general liability defense. Prior to joining AGMB, Mr. Michetti was an associate attorney at LaMonica Herbst & Maniscalco, LLP, primarily working in the firm’s bankruptcy department, in which Mr. Michetti represented Chapter 7 trustees, Subchapter V trustees, corporate debtors, and commercial lenders. Mr. Michetti also has experience representing medium and small sized businesses, and individual clients in matters involving contract and commercial disputes.
