Robert Witherwax is a Partner practicing in both the Real Estate and Trusts and Estates practice groups.  Rob represents buyers and sellers of residential real estate in the greater New York City area.  Rob also advises clients on the drafting and execution of estate planning documents, such as Wills, Trusts, and advanced directives.  Rob also assists executors, administrators, and trustees in the processes of probate and administration in New York State.
