Michael Kowalsky is a Partner in the Trusts and Estates Practice Group. Mr. Kowalsky joined AGMB in 2016 as an associate attorney with the firm’s litigation department. After gaining exposure to trust and probate litigation, he shifted the focus of his practice from the courtroom and transitioned into a role with AGMB’s Trusts and Estates group. Since 2018, Michael has dedicated his practice to estate and gift tax planning, trust administration, probate, and related business and investment transaction matters. As a pragmatic and detail-oriented attorney, Michael prepares estate planning documents consistent with his clients’ goals while protecting and preserving their wealth.
