Daniel Landau is an associate attorney in AGMB’s Commercial Real Estate Group. Mr. Landau has worked at AGMB in various capacities for over 2 years and has experience in a wide range of real estate transactions, including leases and subleases for residential, office, retail, and industrial space on behalf of both landlords and tenants. He also has experience representing landlords, tenants, investors, developers, businesses and individuals in various real estate transactions, including the acquisition and disposition of commercial and residential buildings, industrial properties, and cooperative and condominium units, as well as the representation of cooperative boards and condominium associations in all aspects of their real estate matters.
Prior to joining AGMB, Mr. Landau worked for four years as a paralegal in the Commercial Real Estate group at Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf, LLP, where he worked on behalf of buyers, sellers, and lenders on commercial real estate transactions and financings. During his time at Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Landau was elected President of the Brooklyn Law School Real Estate Society and earned the Real Estate Certificate with honors. Mr. Landau was born and raised in Manhattan, is admitted to the New York State Bar, and lives with his wife in Brooklyn.
