Corey M. Gindi is a partner in charge of AGMB’s real estate and banking department in New York City. Mr. Gindi represents AGMB’s mortgage banking and mortgage broker clients in all aspects of their businesses, including compliance and licensing issues. He represents purchasers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate and conducts real estate closings throughout New York and Connecticut.

Mr. Gindi is also involved in all aspects of income and estate tax planning, trust and estate administration, elder law planning, business valuations and estate litigation and represents and provides tax advice to individual and corporate clients. Mr. Gindi has represented numerous clients before the Internal Revenue Service and New York State Department of Taxation.

Mr. Gindi received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Science
in Accounting from Binghamton University. He is admitted to practice
law in New York and Connecticut, and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York.

Prior to joining AGMB, Mr. Gindi was a founding partner in the law firm of Gindi & Barone,
LLP. He also was an associate in the law firms of Rivkin Radler LLP, Rosen & Reade LLP,
Fischbein Badillo Wagner Harding and Stephen J. Lusthaus, P.C. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Gindi practiced in the national accounting firms of Ernst & Young and David Berdon LLP.

Mr. Gindi lives with his family in New York City.
