Chase’s fee is $125.00 (NON REFUNDABLE) and
will be part of the final pay-off amount. Please confirm the loan number
before placing your order as Chase will assess the nonrefundable fee to
the loan number provided. If an incorrect loan number is provided, Chase
will not remove the nonrefundable fee. Please be aware that this fee will
appear on your mortgage statement once the file is released to our office.
There is also a separate legal fee of $250 payable to AGMB due at closing.
Documents may take up to 30 Days to retrieve. Additional service fees
may apply for investor held loans. Transaction must close within 90 days
or the file will be returned to Lender.

we are unable to authenticate the true identity of the authorized requestor seeking account
I/We hereby indemnify and forever hold Chase harmless from any and all actions and causes of actions, suits, claims, attorney’s fees, or demands against Chase, which I/we and/or my/our heirs may have resulting from Chase discussing, or declining to discuss, my/our account with the above- named requestor or person identifying himself/herself to be that requestor, or resulting from providing, or declining to provide, any documents or other information concerning the account to the requestor.
