An informative yet entertaining commercial leasing search engine designed to help educate and train everyone and anyone who has a connection to an office, retail or industrial lease in any of these negotiations – regardless of what side of the table you sit on. Leasing REality allows the user to choose which educational source works best for them – whether it be a glossary, e-book, audio book, videos (both full and shorter segments), outlines, slides, checklists or top 10 and top 25 lists on many of the most important clauses within a lease.

The “Mansion Ride”, with over 750 riders annually, explores the incredible waterfront mansions on Nassau County’s Gold Coast. Each beautiful challenging mile not only builds tolerance, acceptance and awareness for those with autism, but also raises sorely needed funds for their education and social skill enhancement.
The 2015 Brooklyn Bowl Charitable Event, featuring the Dark Star Orchestra, not only had great music and accomplished what the Mansion Ride does on an annual basis for kids with autism, but also provided a great platform for many in real estate to realize that they can make a difference while having fun and conducting business!
