REBNY Committees Join Forces
AGMB partner Neil Garfinkel served as moderator for REBNY’s Brooklyn and Queens Committees which met at the Skyline Tower in Long Island City. Rhonda Dunn (Compass), Nathalie de Lange (Halstead Real Estate), Michael Petrosino at Halstead Property (Halstead) and Peter Grazioli with Halstead (Halstead), shared stories and best practices of how residential brokers can protect themselves when working with non-REBNY agents.

AGMB Training Center Ltd. is a New York Department of State approved provider of Continuing Education credits for the real estate brokerage community. The purpose of the AGMB Training Center Ltd. and its Professional Real Estate Agent Series is to cover topics of importance for residential real estate agents while offering continuing education credits.

Leasing REality Pre-Launch Party #2: “It’s Déjà Vu All Over Again” powered by AGMB was held at Capture Gallery in Chelsea on October 13th. Clients and guests of AGMB enjoyed food and drinks, raffle prizes and networked a bit as well. Proceeds from the event were raised to benefit Ascent: a School for Individuals with Autism and Courage and Sacrifice: Helping Local Wounded Veterans.

Leasing REality Pre-Launch and End of Summer Bash powered by AGMB was held at Capture Gallery in Chelsea on September 12th. Clients and guests of AGMB enjoyed food and drinks, and networked a bit as well. There were also raffle prizes and a DJ to keep the energy level at the event going. Proceeds from the event were raised to benefit Ascent: a School for Individuals with Autism and Courage and Sacrifice: Helping Local Wounded Veterans.

An informative yet entertaining commercial leasing search engine designed to help educate and train everyone and anyone who has a connection to an office, retail or industrial lease in any of these negotiations – regardless of what side of the table you sit on. Leasing REality allows the user to choose which educational source works best for them – whether it be a glossary, e-book, audio book, videos (both full and shorter segments), outlines, slides, checklists or top 10 and top 25 lists on many of the most important clauses within a lease.
Golf Outing
Once again AGMB was thrilled to host a golf outing for friends and clients. A great day was had by all at this casual fun event.
Mansion Ride
The “Mansion Ride”, with over 750 riders annually, explores the incredible waterfront mansions on Nassau County’s Gold Coast. Each beautiful challenging mile not only builds tolerance, acceptance and awareness for those with autism, but also raises sorely needed funds for their education and social skill enhancement.

Brooklyn Bowl Charitable Event
The 2015 Brooklyn Bowl Charitable Event, featuring the Dark Star Orchestra, not only had great music and accomplished what the Mansion Ride does on an annual basis for kids with autism, but also provided a great platform for many in real estate to realize that they can make a difference while having fun and conducting business!
The AGMB Professional Real Estate Agent Series
The AGMB Professional Real Estate Agent Series continued Thursday night, February 4, 2016. Held at the AGMB NY offices from 6:00 PM to 7:15 PM, AGMB presented “The Most Effective Marketing Tool Available to Real Estate Agents – The New York State Agency Disclosure Form.” This successful and important training program featured a lender partner from TD Bank, David Montville.
